You need to go to the Philippines for about 3 months first. After becoming a regular employee, you can return to Malaysia to work remotely depending on the situation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and apply strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and develop solutions.
Liaison with 3rd party partners on international development activities, such as overseas branch setup, key license and certificate applications.
Develop presentations on key initiatives and the state of the business for senior management.
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements with key external customers and partners.
Prepare communications and materials, design meeting content, plan events, and coordinate activities with colleagues.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, or Law is required.
2-3 years’ work experience with reputable management consulting firm or in-house corporate strategy team on strategy and operational improvement projects, or equivalent experience from working in large corporate.
Experience in legal or investment will also be considered.
Able to navigate and understand a complex environment with the flexibility to change course quickly with a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
