Apply Singapore Visa
Singapore Employment Pass application service is one of the services aimed at assisting our clients in establishing businesses and relocating to Singapore.
- Assist MOM in completing the self-assessment
- Provide information and advice before applying for a work pass.
- Complete the work pass application form.
- Track the progress of your work pass application.
- Contacting the relevant officials at the Ministry of Manpower when necessary.
- If necessary, providing additional information as per the requirements of the MOM.
- Arranging for the issuance of the work permit upon principle approval.
- If the work permit application is rejected, following the MOM guidelines to file a maximum of two appeals within three months.
Application Package Fee
Available packages
- Travel visa: S$120
- Employment Pass (excluding appeals process): S$1,800
- Dependent’s Pass (DP): S$1600
- Parent Long Term Pass: S$1600
- Update to MOM (per transaction): S$100
- Fee does not cover out-of-pocket expenses or reimbursable expenses such as translation fees, issuance fees, MOM fees, etc.
- If you require us to collect the pass on your behalf, an additional fee of 200 SGD is applicable.
- Please note that the pass must be sent via express mail to a Singapore address only.

Singapore Work Visa Fees
The fees for applying for a Singapore work visa are divided into two parts. An initial processing fee is required upon application submission, and upon successful approval, the visa fee needs to be paid.

Singapore Work Visa Processing Time
Most visa applications, including the most popular Employment Pass and S Pass, are approved with an In-principle Approval (IPA) within about 3 weeks of submitting the documents. Employees must pay the visa fee within a specified time (varies by visa) after receiving the IPA in order to be officially issued a Work Pass.
