Requirements：

• Legal Background: Bachelor of Laws. Internship in a law firm for more than one year.
• Work experience: At least three years of relevant legal work experience, familiar with contract review, legal consultation and clause modification.
• Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
• Legal knowledge: familiar with company law, contract law, intellectual property law and other fields, able to provide professional advice on legal issues.
• Analytical skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to assess risks and provide solutions from a legal perspective.
• Teamwork: Ability to work with internal teams to coordinate resources to resolve legal issues.
