職責：

收集客戶體驗，透過數據資料庫為客戶提供客製化解決方案。
整合客戶反饋，作為產品部門更新及優化工具的指標，以持續提供更優質的產品組合解決方案並提升效率。
專注於客戶忠誠度建設，建立緊密且長期的客戶關係。

要求：

具備三年以上相關客戶經理經驗。
必須具備使用專案任務管理軟體（如Jira）的工作經驗。
要求具備流利的英文能力，能夠閱讀及編輯合約文本。
具備管理客戶關係、追加銷售及主動解決問題的能力。
外向的性格，較強的溝通能力和語言表達能力，優秀的公共關係技巧，適應能力強，具備談判技巧。
具備良好的客戶服務意識和團隊合作精神。
具備良好的數據分析能力，熟悉使用各類辦公軟體。

The lady boss is Taiwanese and also came to Singapore to develop her career, so she is very familiar with the entire process and holds the relevant license. Initially, I just found them online and casually recommended them to a friend. After setting up my own company in Singapore, I realized that my friend’s praise for them was absolutely genuine. In comparison, when I set up a company in Malaysia and engaged an agent, it was nowhere near as convenient. I honestly didn’t expect the service in Singapore to be this professional and efficient. The lady boss is very warm, attentive, and patient in answering every question.
