Responsibilities:
Collect customer experience and provide customized solutions to customers through data database
Integrate customer feedback as an indicator for product department updates and optimization tools to continue to provide better product portfolio solutions and increase efficiency
Focus on customer loyalty and build close and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
More than three years of relevant account manager experience
Must have project task software experience such as using Jira from previous work experience
Proficiency in English is required to be able to read and edit contract copy
Ability to manage customer relationships, up-sell and proactively solve problems
Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and language expression skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills
Have good customer service awareness and good teamwork spirit
Have good data analysis skills and be familiar with using various office software
