Full Time

Probational period is 3 to 6 months, training held in the Philippines. After confirmation of employment, candidates can choose to work from home

Responsibilities:

  • Collect customer experience and provide customized solutions to customers through data database
  • Integrate customer feedback as an indicator for product department updates and optimization tools to continue to provide better product portfolio solutions and increase efficiency
  • Focus on customer loyalty and build close and long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • More than three years of relevant account manager experience
  • Must have project task software experience such as using Jira from previous work experience
  • Proficiency in English is required to be able to read and edit contract copy
  • Ability to manage customer relationships, up-sell and proactively solve problems
  • Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and language expression skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills
  • Have good customer service awareness and good teamwork spirit
  • Have good data analysis skills and be familiar with using various office software
