收集客户体验，通过数据数据库为客户提供定制化解决方案。

专注于客户忠诚度建设，建立紧密且长期的客户关系。

要求：

具有三年以上相关客户经理经验。
必须具备使用项目任务管理软件（如Jira）的工作经验。
要求具备流利的英文能力，能够阅读和编辑合同文本。
具备管理客户关系、追加销售及主动解决问题的能力。
外向的性格，较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，优秀的公共关系技巧，适应能力强，具备谈判技巧。
具备良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神。
具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉使用各类办公软件。

The lady boss is Taiwanese and also came to Singapore to develop her career, so she is very familiar with the entire process and holds the relevant license. Initially, I just found them online and casually recommended them to a friend. After setting up my own company in Singapore, I realized that my friend’s praise for them was absolutely genuine. In comparison, when I set up a company in Malaysia and engaged an agent, it was nowhere near as convenient. I honestly didn’t expect the service in Singapore to be this professional and efficient. The lady boss is very warm, attentive, and patient in answering every question.
