Singapore Personal Access (or Singpass)

Singpass is a convenient and secure electronic identity authentication system that allows users to access online services provided by government or private institutions. It also ensures the protection of users’ personal information security.

Please refer to the step-by-step instructions before registering for Singpass

 

 

  1. Download the Singpass app from your phone
  2. Creating a Singpass ID and Password
  3. Check the details on your authentication and certificate.
  4. Set password, fingerprint, face verification.
  5. Scan to log in and activate Singpass

A one-time Singpass password will be mailed to your registered address. Alternatively, update your address on the website before applying.

Logging in to your OCBC account https://internet.ocbc.com/internet-banking/

  1. Tap on the left menu bar and select "Pay"
  2. Step 1

  3. Tap on "GIRO services" and select "Setup GIRO payment"
  4. Step 2

  5. Select the organisation and debiting account you wish to use for the GIRO application and tap "Next"
  6. Step 3

  7. Fill in the details required for the GIRO application. Tap on "Agree" to accept terms and conditions.
  8. Step 4

  9. Review your details and tap on "Confirm". That's it!
  10. Step 6

Setting up GIRO with UOB is simple and can be done online.

  1. Log in to your UOB Internet Banking.
  2. Navigate to the "Payments" section and select "GIRO".
  3. Select the organisation and debiting account for the GIRO setup.
  4. Fill in the required details and confirm the transaction.
  5. Review the information and submit the GIRO application.
