Responsibilities:
- Creative Play: Designing and participating in various indoor/outdoor activities, such as building blocks, storytelling, or DIY crafts.
- Physical Activity: Taking the child to parks for light sports, running, or playground interaction.
- Social Guidance: Teaching the child social etiquette, sharing, and conflict resolution through play.
- Sensory Development: Stimulating creativity and imagination through music, drawing, or role-playing games.
- Safety Supervision: Providing attentive care and ensuring the child's safety while the parents are occupied.
Requirements:
- Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and approachable; able to build a quick rapport with children.
- Special Talents: Skills in drawing, crafts, musical instruments, sports, or storytelling are highly valued.
- Physical Fitness: High energy levels to keep up with active outdoor play or physical games.
- Safety Awareness: A sharp eye for safety to prevent accidents during play.
- Background: Students in Early Childhood Education, Arts, or Physical Education, or those with prior childcare experience, are preferred.
