- Tax declarations from the last 2 years (or explanatory letter)
- Bank statements from the last 2 months
- Employer’s letter confirming employment status
- Medical travel insurance with minimum €30,000 coverage
- Any supporting documents for your travel purpose
Additional for Business Visa:
- Invitation letter from Cyprus host (with visit purpose and duration)
- Assumption of Responsibility Form (certified by Cyprus official)
- All documents must be color printed
